We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. Best aspects include the excellent service from the staff who added little extras like flowers and a free dinner, making our stay special. The gardens are lovely, providing a quiet and serene atmosphere. The Wi-Fi was excellent, and the swimming pool with a lifeguard, was clean and had towels available. The value for the price is great, and we appreciate the comfortable and spacious rooms.

This hotel offers a quiet place to stay surrounded by beautiful gardens and a lovely swimming pool. the staff is extremely helpful, going out of their way to make guests comfortable. the hotel provides towels for the pool and the WIFI is excellent.
One aspect of the hotel could use improvement. the restaurant's cooking is slow, leaving guests waiting too long to receive their food.

The surrounding nature was stunning, great way to celebrate the new year surrounded by mountains, trees, and fresh air. Another highlight was the spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The hotel is conveniently located near popular tourist attractions. Finally, having a well-functioning air conditioner was a relief from the hot weather.
The food provided was extremely overpriced and not worth it. the swimming pool was too hot for swimming even during the day.

The swimming pool was really enjoyable and towels were always available. the staff was quite friendly and accommodating, which was a plus. the room had a great view and was cleaned daily.
The beds were quite uncomfortable, and it was challenging to get a good night's sleep. the food was overpriced and not as high quality as expected.
